Sourdough Minutes September 13, 2023
Monica Tetrault called the meeting to order.
10 rigs present.
Monica read the minutes from last meeting. Dave Bruyette moved to pass and Roger Heinbach seconded. Motion Passed.
Our bank balance is $388.41.
Dave Bruyette suggested we make a donation to the couple from the Senior Center or to the Senior Centers in the areas we camp.. Roger made a motion to donate $150.00 to the Senior Center in American Falls. Dave Bruyette seconded motion. Motion passed. It was suggested we send with thank you card.
Monica announced that Ken Tetrault will be our new state director. Judy Heinbach will be treasurer.
There was some discussion on where our next trip will be. Winchester state park or Swiftwater campgrounds were suggested. We discussed whether it should be a stand alone campout or planned around the summer or fall campouts. The consensus was that we do a campout separate from the others. Judy Heinbach and Kathy will be working on the campout.
Ruby is doing better and will be traveling south this winter.
Jerry and Linda Robertson and Ken and Monica Tetrault will not continue as members of Sourdoughs.
Monica asked for volunteers for the Steering Committee. As there were none Monica adjourned the meeting until Friday at 4 to see if someone will step-up or whether we will disband.

Monica called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Volunteers for the Steering Committee are Felecia Bruyette, Ron McFadden and Judy Heinbach.
Monica discussed whether members could be associate members only because they don’t want to pay state dues more than once. At this time our standing rules do not have an associate member. Ron McFadden stated. that the state rules also don’t have provisions for Associate members.
Monica asked if we wanted to have a fund raiser next summer. We discussed various things we could do. Ron McFadden made a motion to do a Breakfast. Suzanne Craig seconded. Dave Bruyette made a motion to do it at summer campout and Ron Mcfadden seconded it. Carolyn Agenbroad will be chairperson. We will be doing a breakfast brunch,
Dues are $10.00 and are due by end of October. Dues are to be sent to Ron McFadden at 4250 N Shamrock Street, Boise, Idaho 83713
The check to senior center was presented by Judy and Monica along with a card.

Roberta Mcfadden moved we adjourn the meeting and Suzanne Craig seconded.
